Using our Competitive Simulation Exercise, we help organisations prepare for their own launch or anticipate the market entry of competitors. This structured format supports robust strategic thinking and cross-functional alignment.
At internal strategy meetings, we can contribute content where required or focus purely on project management and moderation, ensuring discussions stay focused and outcomes are delivered.
Selected work example
As preparation for the imminent market entry of a competitor, we delivered a cross-functional competitive simulation workshop involving 15 participants. This included the development of pre-read training materials, facilitation of the workshop and identification of five clear strategic priorities for competitive defence.
